New Reservations
Any reservation with stays until September 30th can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the date.

Existing Reservations
Customers with existing individual reservations, prepaid rates that are normally more restrictive, and for stays until September 30th, we will allow customers to change dates or keep the amount on credit so they can use it for future stays until 31st of December 2021.
